61,000sqm Hardstand at Brisbane Airport

Transaction involved a broad marketsweep to house 2000 vehicles for new contract requirement.  The subject site, which had been purpose built for Mazda 10 years prior, featured substantial hail netting, security, lighting, automatic carwash facilities, workshop and truck loadout facilities.  Deal negotiated for Landlord Brisbane Airport Corporation with almost no downtime.

Pickles

60,000sqm Hardstand Rich lease at Brendale

Pickles has long term vehicle auction facilities at Geebung in Brisbane’s north and were looking to move to allow more efficient business operations.  Following a detailed market sweep, the subject site was identified which allowed for some 4000sqm of warehousing space, suitable office accommodation and over 50,000sqm of purpose built vehicle storage.  The lease was negotiated with our long term private client with favourable terms.

This infill opportunity at Alderley, just 6 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD was negotiated off market following several years of advice and analysis.  Originally purchased as a residential redevelopment site, analysis produced by the sales team proved that the site held more value as a long term industrial investment.  Anthony assisted the owners, CDL Group, to renegotiate a lease with their existing tenant Insitu Pacific and subsequently introduced high performing institutional group Centennial to purchase the asset.

$14 Million Investment Sale

Another infill site sale sold solely by Anthony highlighting our ability to see value in older properties.  This property was held long term by a private family who were looking to diversify their investments.  Whilst other agents were focussed upon immediate redevelopment, Anthony highlighted the intrinsic value of the existing industrial improvements, which, while aging, offered functional and architecturally interesting improvements.  By introducing specialist investment group Northshore Corporation, which focusses upon adding value to older style improvements, an immediate sale was negotiated without the need to wait through any planning or conditional contract periods.
