Burcott Road Property Advisory is named after a street in London where Anthony’s late father-in-law Andy Leonidou ran a highly successful independent consultancy business after his exit from the NHS after a 30 year hospital management career. Focussed upon project management to bridge the gap between hospital capital preservation and patient outcomes, Andy was able to deliver countless projects within the English and Cypriot Health systems which included both physical construction programs and highly specialised training systems.
His independent ethos and continual drive to create memorable client experiences are embraced by us in the real estate world, hence the name which pays respect to these shared values.
